Washington :: Day 6

Aug, 8 - Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium

Whit was so excited to go to the zoo, because we kept telling her there were elephants. Ha.

She is a little animal lover and I knew she'd love the zoo!

Our first stop was a little animal show that Whit enjoyed.

There was a dog that kept coming on and off the stage that she loved.

We also saw some cool animals like a porcupine and a bald eagle!

Watch out Whitney, that shark is coming right for you!

She got a little nervous and started backing up.

It was so funny.

She loved the fishies.

We finally saw the elephants!

Whit loved the little play area.

Weee...she also loooved the slide.

There is a little walkway of stairs that goes up to the slide and she kept going up and down.

We let her get wet in the little splash pad.

Then she got scared/mad when she really got soaked.

There is a beautiful drive that goes around the zoo, and a really pretty lookout that we stopped at.

One of these things is not like the other.... ha ha

Every time we were in the car she had to watch her movies.

After the zoo, we went and had fish & chips/clam chowder by the water.
